This TED talk by Cameron Russell is something I found last week and have already shared via both Twitter and Facebook. I watched it again today and re-realized just how important it is, and how prevalent Russell’s message is. I am incredibly taken by how frank and honest she is about society’s attitude towards physical appearance and its associated privilege.

She was also interviewed on CNN, and she was pretty great there too.
