Instead of participating in any fashion weeks this season, Rachel Anotonoff chose to present her Fall 2013 Ready-to-wear collection in the form of a short fashion film entitled “BFF“. Of course, she chose to collaborate with her friend Lena Dunham, thereby leading to this very moment of my gushing over the endeavor. Dunham (who I’ve mentioned is dating Jack Antonoff, Rachel’s brother) directed the short film which exhibits behaviour of best friends in their natural habitat, National Geographic style. Clueless = Best Ever.

By Internet standards, I’m totally late on seeing this. Early this month, Wildfox released a lookbook inspired by Clueless, one of the best things ever. Wildfox isn’t really my style clothing wise, but generally they do pretty awesome lookbooks. I mean, Charlotte Free. The brand’s Clueless lookbook essentially re-invents the movie’s key scenes in a really fun, accurate way. It’s campy, nostalgic, and definitely zeroes in on the idea that the 90′s are back.
